How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Our standard delivery time is 3 to 5 business days for domestic shipments (Spain and Portugal). For the rest of Europe, the delivery time is 5 to 10 business days.
We will notify you by email if your order is delayed.
During peak seasons or due to exceptional circumstances, delays may occur.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to track the status of your shipment.
What is the cost of shipping?
The shipping cost varies depending on the location and weight of the order. During the checkout process, you will be able to see the exact cost before completing your purchase.
International (Europe): €15 for orders under €100, and free for orders over €100.
Domestic (Spain): Unchanged, €10 for orders under €60, and free for orders over €60.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship to Spain and Portugal. However, we are working to offer international shipping in the future. Please subscribe to our newsletter to stay up to date with the latest news.
